Rules and Guidelines:

·         Speed limit is 10 mph in pits and off track

·         Burnouts/aggressive driving is prohibited off the track and in staging/grid areas. If you are not on the track taking your run drive like a grandma.

·         Drive 10mph or less on the gravel campground roads on the way to the registration shack to keep dust down and avoid complaints from the RV tenants.

·         All drivers must attend the drivers meeting – no exceptions!

·         Know the course and drive it properly – failure to do so may result in collisions.

·         No glass, no alcohol, no drugs, no weapons.

·         While in staging promptly move your car up when the line moves!

·         Prepare in advance and be 100% ready to go when you are called to the line. This will maximize throughput and ensure the maximum number of runs for everyone.

·         If you have any questions ask an official.

·         If a car is found to be leaking fluids on the track the car is required to immediately proceed to the pits to fix the leak in a manner that will spill the least amount of fluids on the track surface. The leak must be repaired and a tech official must inspect the repair and verify the leak is fixed before the car can be let back on the track. Any runs missed due to a fluid leak cannot be re-run and the driver must return to the current rotation for their run group.

·         All repairs are to be made in the pit area. Do not hold up staging by working on your car in line.

·         Drive within your limits.

·         If you spin, regain traction and complete the course as quickly as possible.

·         Keep all body parts inside the vehicle while it is moving.(Including the passenger)

·         All driving is first come first served. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed any special treatment or extra runs.

·         If you crash you must be cleared to drive by the EMT and your car pass Tech Inspection before resuming driving.

·         At the end of the night make sure all your trash is thrown away. Please help us keep the track clean!

·         Drive legally and considerately while in Monroe. The Sheriffs and public are watching. If you can't control yourself on the streets and in the pits don't come.

·         Evergreen Speedway reserves the right to remove anyone from the pit area without refund for individuals who continue to act in a manner that endangers the safety of others after receiving a warning.

Tech Inspection:

Tech inspection requirements are all based on keeping you safe out on the track. Please review these requirements and inspect your car prior to the event to ensure that it will past tech and that you don't loose out on any track time.

You will be given the chance to correct any unsafe items and be re-inspected. If you are unable to correct the issue and cannot pass tech you will receive a refund of your driving fee.

Special Tech Inspection Note
Cars without proper battery tie downs and positive terminal insulation will
NOT be passed through tech. Everyone has been warned about this enough times. Duct tape does not count as proper battery terminal insulation. If you do not pass tech you must correct the issue and go to the back of the line to try again. It is not fair to everyone else who has a properly set up car to delay tech inspection. If you do not pass tech and miss your runs we cannot make any special accommodations. Come locked and loaded ready to rock.

Oil Leaks - There have been several cars leaking oil on the track at the last event. Mostly 240sx's that have overfilled transmission fluid.

Make sure your transmission fluid is at the right level. It is strongly recommended that all drivers install catch cans on their transmissions and differentials to catch any overflowing fluid. Catch cans are available for a reasonable price from Summit Racing and can be home made.

If you car is leaking fluids on the track you will not be allowed to run until it is fixed and you will not be given any re-runs.
